Bugs Hike 2008

More than 40 people including 20+ enthusiastic young bug hunters, joined entomologist Shannon Gibbs on a 2 hour bug hunt into Mills Canyon.  Dragonflies, banana slugs, butterflies and water darters were all located by our hunters in training.  Equipped with butterfly nets, provided by Friends of Mills Canyon, specimens were caught, examined and released.
